  1. Added an Azimuth and Elevation coordinate field to the Solar and Lunar tools.
  2. Changed the way preferences work.  I added a preferences menu to store default preferences and also added a dialog to the Solar and Lunar tools to change specific preferences for individual panels.
  3. Added the Geodetic Distance Calculation tool as a new tool under the Coordinate Tools menu.  The algorithm to calculate the geodetic distance is given by Jean Meeus in his book Astronomical Algorithms, Chapter 10, page 81. (1st Edition)

  1. Completely re-designed tool; now in an Multiple Document Interface (MDI) format.
  2. Fixed bug with iteration steps across the Vernal Equinox in the Solar Tool.
  3. Fixed a bug in the Time Offset calculations in the GPS Tool (Thanks to Matt Kuiper).
  4. Added capability store your Latitude, Longitude,  Height and Time Offset preferences.
  5. Added continuous updating to many of the tools.
  6. Added necessary calculations for Lunar Phase date determination.
  7. Added Lunar pictures to represent the current phase.
  8. Combined the Solar/Lunar Plotter tool functionality into the Toolbox.  The toolbox now has a Solar Plotter tool that will determine solar phenomenon for any given date span and the capability to plot the data is also provided (thanks to Ptolemy Project - UC Berkeley - EECS ).
